Returns Policy
ZumbawearUK are happy to accept returns for any reasons on items purchased on ZumbawearUK.com, excluding jewellery, gift vouchers and tickets, within 8 days of the delivery date. If the eligible criteria are met a full refund will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
ZumbawearUK cannot provide exchanges on any items purchased from our website. Once your item has been returned and refunded, please reorder online via the usual process.
To obtain a full refund on your returned product it must be returned within 8 days of the delivery date and meet the following criteria: it must be returned with its original packaging, either unopened or in perfect condition. Perfect condition requires that the product has not been worn, washed, has no scents of deodorant or any other distinctive smells. If this criteria is not met a full refund will not be given and ZumbawearUK will send you an email informing you on the additional steps which need to be taken.
If the returned item meets the criteria listed above we will send you a full refund into the account which you used to pay for the item, within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
For all returned items, please email your reason for the return to us at customerservices@zumbawearuk.com along with your Order Number. You will receive by reply our warehouse address, along with a Returns Authorisation Number, which needs to be clearly shown on the returning package. Within the package, please also place the document that we will have emailed you as this contains both you Returns Authorisation Number and Order Number which will enable us match them to your account.
