Payment

Can I track my order online?

Yes you can. Once you’ve placed your order you'll be emailed a Despatch Number where you can track your order in real time online with our courier partners City Link.
 

Are my credit card details safe?

Your details are exceptionally safe. We don't handle any payment details ourselves but instead use a highly credible secure encrypted payment facility provided by SagePay. Click here for more details.
 

I would like to place an order, what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major types of payment cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and JCB. However, we don't accept American Express and Diners cards.
 

Can I add more products to an order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately not, but you might be able to cancel your order by contacting us at customerservices@zumbawearuk.com In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible we despatch orders throughout the day so your order may already be on its the way. Our office is also not where our warehouse is so we can't just pop down and step in, but if we can intervene in time we will.
 

What do I do if I have made an incorrect order?

Where can I find my Order Number and order details once I have placed an order?

Once your order has been processed you will be sent an automated email which will include your Order Number and confirmation of your order details. All orders placed before 3pm will receive an email between 8pm and 10pm that evening containing your Despatch Number and details of how to track your order online. If you have created an account, click on the My Account link at the bottom of any page to view your order, as well as all your other account details.
 

What if I live outside of the UK and Ireland, can I still order online from the site?

Unfortunately not, however, you can still order Zumbawear from your official Zumbawear distributor which can be found here http://distributors.zumba.com/
 

Zumba(R) Clothing

How should I wash my new Zumba(R) clothes?

With care. Seriously, wash exactly as per instructions on the labels. We wear and wash Zumba(R) clothing all the time and the key is to wash everything on a cold wash and with similar colours. Use a colour catcher if you're not sure.  Some clothes such as the cotton racerbacks can be tumble dried on a low heat but best to hang dry everything, and we certainly do not recommend using heated drying methods. Try to avoid ironing but if you must, iron low and never iron over any logos or decorations. Please do check all labels individually and follow them to the letter. You need to take care of your Zumba(R) apparel and they’ll stay looking fresh and new.  We cannot accept returned items if they have been washed.
 

What size will fit me?

All clothes have a UK size chart that is an indication of the respective UK size that we are used to, so you shouldn’t find this too much of a problem.
 

Can I still buy last season's Zumba(R) clothing?

We are sorry, no, we only have what is available on the website.
 

Can I buy Toning Sticks?

Toning sticks can be bought by qualified instructors directly from ZumbawearUK.com.  Just log in as IN and you'll find them under instructor materials.
 

I'm holding a big Zumba event, can I get the ZumbawearUK.com team to come along?

Yes you can! Please send us an email and if the event is big enough and we don’t have any training workshops or other commitments on that day we will do are very best to make it!
 

I want to try on some Zumba(R) clothes? How and when can I do this?

Please check out our events calendar. You are more than welcome to pop down to any of the events that are close to you to try on Zumba(R) clothes. Please mail us in advance for the best time to come along. 
 

What is Zumbawear made of?

If you click on the item on the shop section you will find details of what all products are made of at the bottom of each description.
Have you seen the labels on your clothes?  We love this:

Did you also know that the labels are stickers too! So when you next purchase some Zumba(R) apparel don’t be so quick to throw the label away. Remember to pick off the sticker first and decorate something with Zumba Lurve!
 
 

Returns

How do I return my Zumba(R) clothing?

Do you have an Exchange Policy?

No, we do not offer an exchange for unwanted goods. You may however return the goods as long as they are fit for resale and with their original packaging and tags, and you may order something else online. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
 

What do I do if my clothes are faulty or damaged?

If your products are damaged you will be entitled to a full refund. Please read our Returns Policy for more details.
 

If I am not happy with my product or it is damaged can I get a full refund?

We are happy to offer a full refund on any products which you are unhappy with or are damaged, if they are returned with their original packaging within 8 days. If it is not with its original packaging and tags a full refund will not be given. Read our Returns Policy for more information.
 

Zumba Instructor Network questions (ZIN)

What is the ZIN discount for Zumba(R) merchandise?

The discount varies from product to product. Please note that you have to be logged in to your ZIN account to receive your ZIN discount, you can do this in the ZIN login section which can be found at the top right corner of the header links.
 

How can I receive my ZIN discount?

To receive your ZIN discount, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the top right hand of the Menu Bar and click on ZIN login. Then enter your username and password that you have been provided by Zumba.com
2. Once you are logged in, click on the Shop link, where you'll find Zumbawear merchandise at great ZIN discounts.
 

If I am a ZIN member and I want to resell Zumba(R) merchandise, what is the recommended price?

We recommend selling Zumba(R) merchandise at the retail prices listed on the Shop page – before you log in to your ZIN account. However, you are free to sell Zumba(R) merchandise at any price above the retail price.
 

Delivery and postage

How long will it take my order to be delivered?

In the majority of cases, orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day if you live in mainland Britain.  If you live in the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire it will take 2 to 3 working days to deliver your order.  All orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, or over a weekend, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesdays, unless Monday is a Bank Holiday then your order will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.  Your delivery may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions.  If this is the case, we apologise for any inconvenience and will get your order to you as quickly as we can.  Please note that while we try to ensure a next working day service for orders placed before 3pm, we are unable to guarantee this in all cases.
 
 

Can I track my order online?

Yes you can. If you place your order 3pm before you will be emailed a Despatch Number between 8pm and 10pm the same evening where you will find details on how you can track your order online in real time with our courier partners City Link. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following working day.

What time will my order be delivered?

Your delivery will arrive between 7:30am and 6:30pm. We are sorry but we are unable to specify exactly what time your delivery will arrive.
 

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery you will be left a card by City Link. Please read the instructions on the card. If it is the first delivery attempt the driver will automatically try and redeliver the next working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If this is the second card you have received then it will be necessary for you to collect your parcel(s) from your local City Link depot.
