Delivery Policy

Please note that adverse weather conditions may affect the speed of your delivery.  This is out of our control and we apologise for any delay that weather conditions may cause. 

We aim for orders placed by 3pm on a Monday to Friday to be packed and posted the same day, for delivery on the next working day. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following day and any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.  However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

All deliveries will be by carried out by our courier partner City Link. Deliveries to mainland UK placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day between 7:30am and 6:30pm.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide a more precise time slot.  If you live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Eire your delivery will take 2 to 3 days to arrive.  Please note that due to unforeseen events we cannot guarantee delivery within the described period, however, our couriers currently operate at over 95% of their expected delivery targets. 

Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email showing your Invoice and Order Number. At around 8pm to 9pm the same evening (if before 3pm, if not the next working day), you will be emailed a Despatch Note containing details of your online tracking number.  Follow this link to track your order with City Link. If you miss your delivery a card will be left by the courier. Please read the instructions on the card. If it is the first delivery attempt the courier will automatically try and redeliver the next working day. If you miss the second attempt and receive another card then it will be necessary for you to collect your parcel from your local City Link depot where it will be held for 5 further days.  Cost of Delivery

The cost of your postage will depend on where you live. Look at the following table for the cost of delivery for the area your delivery address.

All the shipping costs listed are per order, meaning that these shipping costs stand regardless of the number of items that you place within an order.

If you are not happy with the shipping fee quoted based on the postcode of your delivery address i.e. you think that you live in mainland UK but you are been charged Scottish Highland rates, then send us an email at customerservices@zumbawearuk.com.

 ZumbawearUK will fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner at the rates specified above. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original postage fees charged to you by ZumbawearUK.
